Most employers prefer to take workers on a temporary to permanent basis. This means that we supply workers, on a temporary basis, whose employment can be terminated at short notice. This temporary work period will give you and the worker time to judge their suitability to the job. After an agreed period of continuous employment you can then take on the worker on a permanent basis at no additional cost. This temporary period can be as little as 14 weeks.
We offer very competitive rates. This rate is inclusive of all aspects of the payroll - PAYE, Employee National Insurance, Employer National Insurance, Holiday Pay and Statutory Sickness Pay.
Our range of recruitment solutions includes permanent placements where the placement fee is fully refundable in the event of a candidate leaving, for any reason, within 100 days of starting.
